Two weekends ago, Jen took me to Seattle for my birthday and caught me completely by surprise! It was my craziest birthday ever, and really fun. Although I've been to Seattle many times, Jen showed me stuff I've missed out on previously:

Salumi - has the best cured meats I've ever had (and great sandwiches too),

Copper River salmon - very good, but I don't think it lives up to the hype

Underground Seattle - funny tour about Seattle's early history and lower elevation

Museum of Glass - in Tacoma, featuring many cool works, especially those of Dale Chihuly
