Updating this thing is getting kinda tedious =p. Anyway, I went to E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) in LA from May 14 - 16. It was pretty fun. I got to play and see a lot of games that have not been released yet, like DDR Max2 for PS2, DDR Ultramix for XBox, Pac Man (cool game that involves 4 players: 1 Pac Man, and 3 ghosts) for Gamecube/GBA, Mario Kart Double Dash, etc. Of course, the conference was made up of 90% guys, most of whom were drooling over the various booth babes working for the game companies. It was cool to meet the DDR Freak staff that were able to make it to the conference.

Friday night after E3, I drove to SD to meet up with Jen, whom I had missed dearly for the FOUR WHOLE DAYS I was gone! I met her roommates, who were pretty cool, and played basketball, which was kinda random. The next day, we had Brazillian BBQ which was really good. It was somewhat pricey, but we got our money's worth, except probably for Jen =p. We went for a quick tour of SD's beaches, cliffs, etc., and then went to the BR outlet in Carlsbad which was nice =). They actually had stuff in medium, so I was happy.

On Monday, we drove up to LA and ate at Din Tai Fung, a Chinese restaurant that has excellent xiao long bao (mmm....). Afterwards, we made a quick stop at UCLA to see Garrett, then were off on our way back to the bay area.

I have uploaded some pictures from the trip.
