| Quail & Foie Gras Ballotine en Croute with Morels, Lettuce Heart Salad, and Haricot Verts. I've never had a pate en croute before, so this was a new experience for me. Morels are my favorite mushroom, but I couldn't taste it in the dish. I was very impressed by the way they cut the haricots verts, as shown in the picture. The texture and flavor of the haricots verts was good too. | ||
