| My first time eating frozen custard...mmm. This stuff is supposedly originated in Wisconsin. It's very dense, yet smooth, because they don't whip air into the mixture, and they use a higher egg content than traditional ice cream. Today's flavor was "chocolate brownies and cream." The dark chocolate flavor and dense texture of the brownies matched perfectly with the sweetness of the custard. | ||
